REGIONAL coach firm Lucketts Travel Group has had its commitment to ensuring it meets the highest of standards underpinned after passing the Guild of British Coach Operators and the Confederation of Passenger Transport’s CoachMarque audits.

The audits are carried out every two years and ensure that coach firms are adhering to best practices.

Lucketts in Fareham, along with its subsidiaries Worthing Coaches and Coliseum Coaches, is the only operator in the area to have both the CoachMarque and to be passed as a member of the guild.

‘The next few years are going to be very exciting for Lucketts Travel Group,’ said Paul Barringer, group sales and marketing director.

‘They are going to be a challenge as well, as we look to grow our business specifically in the area of private hire, as well as building on our successful holiday business and ensuring we continue to be a market leader in the training and development of our drivers.

‘Achieving and exceeding the stringent criteria both organisations set has always been at the heart of what we do.’
