Crash is causing delays in Portsmouth city centre
AN ACCIDENT is causing major congestion in Portsmouth.
A collision has taken place at Cambridge Junction roundabout, next to the University of Portsmouth.
Drivers have been facing delays for about an hour.
Police confirmed that emergency services are on the scene, but that no roads will be closed.
