AN electrical fault is causing delays to rail journeys this morning.

At present trains are running with delays for 20 minutes on all journeys from Portsmouth Harbour to Fratton.

Services are starting and ending at Fratton.

Passengers travelling from Portsmouth Harbour towards Havant and Fareham face delays of up to 40 minutes.

They are advised to use the Stagcoach buses on route 21 between Portsmouth Harbour and Portsmouth and Southsea
