A crash involving four cars caused rush-hour delays on the M275 in Portsmouth today.

One lane of the northbound carriageway was closed after the accident just before 8.30am.

The collision happened on the M275 northbound between A3 Mile End junction and the M27 Junction 12.

A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We received a call at 8.24am of a four-vehicle collision at the Portsbridge roundabout.

‘One person is being treated for minor injuries and lane one is closed.’
