Traffic is now easing following a collision on the M27.

The four-car collision happened just after 7.40am, on the westbound side of the motorway at Junction 9 for Segensworth.

One lane of the motorway was blocked, and traffic is still able to pass slowly in the other two lanes.

The road has now been cleared and traffic can pass freely.

Meanwhile, Purbrook Way in Bedhampton, which was closed both ways between Park Lane and Awbridge Road due to an earlier collision, has also reopened.
