Incident causing delays on M27

According to reports, the incident has taken place on the eastbound carriageway by junction 12, with traffic tailing back onto the A27.

A spokeswoman from Hampshire Constabulary said: '˜The incident seems to be a single-vehicle on the M27 eastbound, just by the Portsmouth turnoff for the M275.

'˜A black Peugeot van pulled over on the hard shoulder '“ an ambulance was called but quickly cancelled once we arrived.'

Drivers can expect delays of more than 25 minutes as queues build.
