A MAN was injured in a collision on a rural road on Saturday night.

The driver is believed to have crashed the vehicle on Hogs Hodge Lane, near Clanfield, at about 7.01pm.

Fire crews from Horndean and Petersfield attended the scene where they were able to extract him from the vehicle.

The man was taken to hospital by South Central Ambulance Service.
