TRANSPORT issues facing older people will be discussed at a meeting tomorrow.
The Gosport Older Persons Forum is holding an open meeting about transport problems in the town.
The meeting is for residents who are aged 55 or older.
There will be a number of speakers from Hampshire County Council, Gosport Borough Council and other organisations to talk about issues of concern to older residents including safer pavements, mobility scooters and travel to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.
They will also discuss buses and bus routes.
The meeting takes place at Gosport’s town hall in the council chamber from 10.25am until 12.30pm.
Doors will open for tea and coffee from 10am.
Entrance is free although places are limited to 100 people.
