TWO men were injured in a two-car crash in Hayling Island.

Firefighters were called at 11.49am to the roundabout on Sea Front outside the amusement park.

The crew from Hayling Island administered first aid. Police attended and the ambulance service was called. One man was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.

Geoffrey Brooking, 44, of Hayling Island, was on a bus near the crash.

He said: ‘People were being directed away from the scene. It affected the 30/31 bus routes.’
