COUNCILLORS are to review a temporary traffic order in Titchfield.
The order was placed on South Street last June after First Bus said it would withdraw services to the village unless the road was changed.
The narrow street had often caused conflicts between passing buses and traffic, exacerbated by parked vehicles.
Changes were made to the street, removing parking bays and changing parking provision elsewhere in the village.
Since then, ward and county councillors, as well as police, have been asked for their views. No other objections have been received.
Fareham Borough Council’s public protection committee will discuss making the order permanent at a meeting today.
