A WOMAN was cut from a car following a crash with another vehicle.

Firefighters from Fareham fire station were called to the scene in Southampton Road, Titchfield, to help free the woman from the car.

She was travelling in the back of a Volkswagen Passat when it was involved in the accident with a Citroen Picasso. Firefighters cut her from the car and she was taken to hospital by ambulance. No-one else was injured from the incident, which happened at midday yesterday.
