Rail passengers in Portsmouth are facing delays for the second day running.

Signalling problems at Portsmouth Harbour station have caused hold-ups of up to 30 minutes.

Buses have been laid on to ferry commuters to Portsmouth and Southsea station while engineers seek to fix the snag.

Yesterday there was severe disruption on the Portsmouth-Waterloo line, blamed on ice on the rail tracks.
