THIS is a rundown of some of the routes that adults will have to pay extra money for.

n A single ticket from Fareham Bus Station to Gosport will cost £3. It is currently £2.90. A return will be £4.70 and at the moment it is £4.50.

People who regularly go on this journey can buy a First Week Eclipse ticket, which at £19 is the best value.

This price has been frozen and reduces daily travel to £2.71.

n A single from Eastney Health Centre, in Highland Road, Eastney, Portsmouth, to Gunwharf Quays is currently £2.25 but will go up by 5p.

A return will be £3.90, whereas now it is 15p less at £3.75.

n From South Parade Pier, Southsea, to Portsmouth city centre, a single ticket will cost £2. It is currently £1.90.

A return will be 5p more expensive at £3.20.

n A single fare from the shops in London Road, North End, to Debenhams, in Palmerston Road, Southsea, is currently £2.05 and will rise by 5p.

A return will be £3.60 and currently it is 15p cheaper at £3.45.

n There will be a 20p reduction in the single fare from Gunwharf Quays to West Quay Shopping Centre, in Southampton, which will cost £4.60 instead of £4.80. A return will increase by 20p from £5.40 to £5.60.

First added that anyone in possession of a season ticket – which allows you to travel for a week or more – for Portsmouth gets access to the whole Hampshire network at weekends for no extra money.

This means that if you have a weekly ticket in Portsmouth then you can travel to places such as Fareham or Southampton with this ticket on Saturdays and Sundays.
