FERRY operator DFDS Seaways has welcomed a new ship to the Portsmouth to Le Harve route following the end of the charter period of Norman Voyager.

The Seven Sisters, which is branded Transmanche, is the sister ship of the Côte D’Albatre, which currently sails between Newhaven and Dieppe.

Max Foster, passenger director, said: ‘Seven Sisters is a great ship, which enables us to offer our passengers an enhanced crossing experience on the Portsmouth to Le Havre route, including a wider range of quality onboard facilities.’
