TRAINS between Eastleigh and Fareham are back to normal this morning following problems caused by a fallen tree.

As previously reported, passengers have faced delays and had their journeys diverted while workers fixed signalling equipment damaged after a tree collapsed on the line.

South West Trains and National Rail confirmed on Twitter at around midnight that the situation was cleared and normal services were expected to resume.
