SIGNALLING problems caused delays on trains out of Fareham.

Trains were cancelled along the Fareham to Southampton Central route while engineers worked to fix the issue this afternoon.

A tweet from Network Rail said: ‘#Fareham. Apologies for the disruption.’

Disruption began at midday.

The problem was fixed by 2.20pm although delays continued after.
