Van causing delays for motorists off M275 in Portsmouth
A BROKEN down van is causing traffic to build up coming off the M275 this morning.
The van has broken down by the M275 junction with the A27 and Southampton Road, by Port Solent.
Drivers can expect delays of up to 20 minutes as they come off the motorway.
