FIREFIGHTERS cut a woman from her car after she drove it straight into a tree.

The woman had attempted to overtake a car at 9.30am on Foxcote Lane, Woodmancote, West Sussex, when she saw another oncoming car heading in her direction.

Unable to get back onto the left side of the road she says her only option was
to drive off the road, where she hit the tree.

A fire crew from Havant, one from Emsworth and a third from Chichester worked together to cut her from the vehicle.
