A WOMAN had to be cut from a car in Southsea after a crash last night.

Southsea fire station were called to the collision, near Esplanade Gardens, at around 10.50pm, to help cut the woman from her car.

She was assessed at the scene by South Central Ambulance Service and her injuries required the roof to be removed.
The woman was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, in Cosham, for further treatment.
