COMEDY stars from the hit TV programme Mock the Week will be heading to Portsmouth next month.

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is throwing open its door for a night of rib-tickling fun on Friday, December 1, as it hosts the Fagin’s Tavern Comedy Show.

Real ale and comedy will be on tap in a traditional Dutch-inspired evening of festive fun nestled among Christmas trees and historic ships.

And among the stars at the heritage site’s night include comedians Gary Delaney, Zoe Lyons and Dane Baptiste.

As well as starring in the BBC Two comedy show, Zoe has also featured on Live At The Apollo and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Road Show.

Dane has also appeared on Live at the Apollo and has his own BBC series, Sunny.

The night will also feature MCs Adrienne Cole and James Alderson.

Tickets are £13.50. The night is an unreserved seated event. Doors open at 7.15pm. For details, see
