Urgent plea to help young city families in need

Home Start Portsmouth wants to run a volunteer preparation course in May but it needs more interest from people in and around the city to help them out.

The course is being held on May 3 from 9.30am to 12.30pm and on May 8 from 6pm until 9pm.

Volunteers would be asked to help out for two hours a week and participants would receive official accreditation for taking part in the course. To find out more about the charity, call 02392 734400 or email [email protected]
