Vertigo man from Emsworth faces his fears

A MAN with a phobia of heights is preparing to do a tandem skydive.

Craig Jelley is raising money for the National Autistic Society by doing the skydive at Netheravon airfield in Wiltshire.

The 26-year-old, who hails from Emsworth, said: ‘It is a charity close to my heart on account of my sister having autism, and the charity was a massive help to my parents when she was diagnosed.

‘Autism is a silent disability in the sense that it is not always clear that an individual has it.’

He added: ‘I couldn’t think of a better way to raise awareness and money for a very worthwhile cause whilst facing my fears.’
