Village fair raises thousands of pounds
THOUSANDS of pounds was raised by a village fair.
Meon Valley Lions Club's annual event in Swanmore attracted more than 1,500 visitors and raised £4,000.
It had performances from Swanmore College's jazz band, Contraband and the Soberton Strummers. The Haven Falconry also put on a display.
