THE ‘visual culture’ of Portsmouth will be showcased at an evening lecture titled ‘Postcards from Portsmouth: The City and Visual Culture’.

The University of Portsmouth’s school of art and design is hosting a series of short talks Monday, June 2 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

Historians, designers and academics will explore the city’s visual heritage and provide insight into some of Portsmouth’s striking imagery and architecture. The talks will be at the Eldon Building in Winston Churchill Avenue.
