Warm weather returns to Portsmouth with highs of 21C
WARM weather will return to Portsmouth this weekend.
Temperatures could reach 21C in the city although it will be overcast.
The evening will be sunny with clear sunshine expected from 6pm tonight.
Winds will be around 12mph and visibility is very good.
