Was our Five Guys review fair? Readers react to Portsmouth's '˜three out of Five Guys'Â

It's safe to say our food reviewer wasn't too impressed when he visited the new Five Guys restaurant in Portsmouth recently.

But was the review fair? The piece drew a big reaction from our readers on Facebook, and here are some of the comments that were left.

Cheryl Mcniff: Looked in there today it was freezing inside and looked like a glorified burger king so went else where .

Ben Stewart: Paying around 18 quid for burger and chips. 7 Bone destroys this place.

Nathan Hunt: Should do a £9.99 Meal Deal... it's not bad, but not worth £15 for a complete meal!

Carl Garrod: Five Guys is great. The fact the reviewer even mentions Burger King in the review shows they are clueless. Five Guys is miles ahead. Not cheap but it is good.

Simon Cobb: Not going for the Cajun fries was the first mistake... The bacon double cheese burger 'all the way' is a thing of beauty

Roshahni Bowerman: Went there the other day and it didn't hold up to other times when I've been to Five Guys elsewhere. Like the post reads the burger was tasteless and overpriced and the only good thing was the fries and mayo.

Melanie Youldon-Baker: Totally agree with this review. Just one thing to add is how greasy the burgers are.

Bryan Chandler: It's really expensive... £20 for a hotdog, chips and milkshake and VAT on top of that. The food quality was also really bad, not eating there again.
