WATCH: Dramatic moment double-decker carrying Victorious Festival passengers bursts into flames

The double-decker was packed full of passengers who had just watched The Libertines close a very wet first day of the festival in Southsea.

It was on the M275 heading back to the park and ride at Lakeside when flames were spotted coming from the grill behind the back seat, sparking an initial scramble to evacuate the top deck.

The News editor Mark Waldron, who was on the top deck, took this video of the bus in flames as emergency vehicles were called to the scene.
