WATCH: Should having tattoos stop you getting a job?

After conciliation service Acas warned that companies with negative attitudes to tattoos were missing out on top employees, The News went around 1000 Lakeside to ask employees whether they thought tattoos had any impact on a workplace environment.

Andrew Whiteside said: ‘I don’t have a problem with tattoos; I work in an artistic profession and it’s never caused a problem.’

Coral Jones said: ‘Tattoos don’t affect a person’s job - it’s only ink on your skin.’
