Waterlooville road closed as ambulance crew help ill man
EMERGENCY services were called to deal with a man who had fallen ill.
The incident in London Road, Horndean, happened at about 4.30pm yesterday.
It resulted in the closure of the route from B2149 Havant Road and The Yews. A spokeswoman for South Central Ambulance Service said: ‘It was a medical emergency, we helped to assist police with a patient.
‘We sent an ambulance crew to assist an adult male, who we took to Queen Alexandra Hospital.’
