THE Waterlooville Rocky Rollers will be out in force on their mobility scooters for charity.

Each year, the group of friends ride from Waterlooville to Havant on their scooters for a local cause.

This year, the event is in aid of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

On Sunday, the Rocky Rollers will ride from the clock in Waterlooville town centre to Asda, in Bedhampton.

Lyn Waters, from the group, said: ‘We started two years ago to raise money for the Rocky Appeal. But this year we know the Air Ambulance really needs our help.

‘We are a very close and welcoming group of friends who all support each other.

‘You won’t be able to miss us on Sunday as we will be putting balloons on our scooters.’

The ride begins at 10am. Please support the Rocky Rollers with donations along the way.
