The event raised £16,355, which will go towards purchasing a new minibus for Naomi House.

The minibus means the charity, which cares for children with life-threatening conditions, can take families on day trips.

Paul Morgan, head of fundraising at Naomi House, said: ‘We’re delighted.

‘A comfortable and modern mini-bus with all the features you could imagine will enable the team to take the children on days trips.

‘The mini-bus will add to the fun that the children and young people enjoy during their visit to Naomi House.’

Wave 105 presenters and listeners raised £3,300.
