Coronation Street star Tracy Shaw is performing in The Kings theatre’s annual charity panto performance, in support of the Rocky Appeal.

For one evening only, all of the theatre’s proceeds from Cinderella will go towards the charity.

Other panto stars supporting the appeal by performing will be Gosport-born Marcus Patrick, who plays Dandini, as well as Tom Owen, Leah Bracknell and Stuart Wade.

The Rocky Appeal was started in 1986 by Mick Lyons.

The latest appeal is to raise £3m for state-of-the-art digital keyhole operating theatres at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

The charity panto will be held on December 20.

Tickets cost £8 to £12 and are available from the appeal line on (023) 9228 6487 or email mick.lyons@porthosp.nhs.uk
