Strong winds set to batter Portsmouth

The Met Office has forecast a wet and windy day for the city, with rain expected throughout the day.

The average temperature for today is expected to be around four degrees Celsius – though due to the wind speeds it will feel closer to freezing.

Currently all major roads in the region are flowing as normal.
