WEATHER: What lies ahead for Portsmouth this week

The Met Office has warned to expect dropping temperatures in the Portsmouth area over the course of this week.

Monday will see brighter spells with temperatures as high as 15C, but despite the sun it could feel a few degrees colder once you step outside.

The rest of the week has a distinctly cloudy outlook, with a high of 13C on Tuesday down to 12C by Friday.

Watch out if you’re going out to see fireworks or trick or treating for Halloween though - as temperatures in the evenings could reach as low as 5C in some places.
