Women's Institute sets date for AGM
A BRANCH of the Women's Institute has set a date for its annual general meeting.
The next meeting of Titchfield Abbey W.I. will be held on Tuesday, May 9, starting at 9.30am at Titchfield Community Centre.
Margaret Wellington, from the group, said: ‘Visitors are always welcome to group meetings which are held on the second Tuesday of each month, always starting at 9.30am.

Hide Ad‘Instead of our usual speaker, May’s meeting will be the annual meeting when there will be a ballot for committee, nomination and ballot for president, the annual report and financial statement will be given and a vote taken on the two selected annual resolutions. Tea and coffee with biscuits will be served and there will be an opportunity to meet other members.’
