ROADWORKS will take place on a busy road in Fareham to improve safety.

Hampshire County Council will be starting work on the central refuge barrier on the A27 Delme Link between M27 Junction 11 and the Delme roundabout on Monday, August 11. The main works will be carried out at night between 8pm and 6am, so that all traffic lanes can remain open during the day.

Safety fences will be replaced, new lighting will be installed and road markings will be repainted.
