Locks Heath Shopping Village is urging children to take part in its Spooky Story Competition for Halloween.

The competition invites youngsters aged 11-16 to write a short story of 800 words, giving them a chance to win a hamper full of sweets and treats worth £150.

Shopping Village centre manager Ian Goodridge said: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to get creative and celebrate the spooky season.’

All entries must be submitted by October 18 with person’s name, age and address. Stories can be sent to locksheath@pmwcom.co.uk.
