PEOPLE showed their support for a cystic fibrosis charity by wearing yellow.
As part of the event, the Spinnaker Tower was lit up in yellow on Friday to mark the third annual Cystic Fibrosis Trust’s Wear Yellow Day.
Cystic fibrosis is a life-shortening genetic condition that causes lungs to become clogged with mucus, making it hard to breathe.
Some 2.5m people in the UK carry the faulty gene that causes the condition.
Sam Carter, community fundraiser from the trust said: ‘We were delighted that the Spinnaker Tower turned yellow to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis.’
