Yellow weather warning issued for the city
DRIVERS are being warned this morning as more cold weather brings icy conditions to the roads with a yellow warning issued for Portsmouth and across the south.
Despite the frosty start, it is expected to stay dry and sunny with a maximum temperature of nine degrees but getting as low as minus one degree.
