You’ll now be able to see me presenting in Pompey

Have your say

You know how I talk about some of the presenting things that I do for TV?

Well they’re usually abroad or in London, but I’m thrilled to announce that you’ll now be able to see me presenting right here in Portsmouth!

I’ve teamed up with The News to create a pilot video (see the what’s on section of the website)

You’ll need to forgive the awful part of the first video where I’m dressed (rather badly) as a witch

The idea is to bring you news and information about things to do in the Portsmouth area each week.

I’m thrilled to be doing these videos because now not only can you read me babbling on about my life, you get to see me too – every week!

Please don’t let that put you off – and don’t worry, I won’t be talking about me in the videos. It will be a place to come to every Friday to find out what cool things are going on and what you should be doing in your spare time.

I’ll also be bringing you coverage of events I’ve been to – and hopefully I’ll meet some cool folks along the way who will pop up from time to time in the videos.

It’s a trial, so make sure you get involved and check out the first video. The more views, the merrier!

Leave a comment so that I know what you think. Perhaps there are upcoming events and things going on that you reckon I should be featuring. Well, let me know at!

Talking of presenting, I’ve been busy this week presenting videos for Lloyds Bank about BBC Children In Need, which has been lots of fun.

Lloyds has been helping schools up and down the country fundraise and seeing some of the efforts the children have gone to has been truly inspiring.

I’ve loved reporting about these children, so take a peak at the Lloyds Bank website to see how it went.

You’ll need to forgive the awful part of the first video where I’m dressed (rather badly) as a witch – it’s about halfway through.

I’ve also had to create shortened versions of these videos for social media, so if I pop up on your newsfeeds I apologise in advance. I’m afraid there really is no getting rid of me...
