It was part of a skills workshop organised by the Ideal Collection, which owns The Bugle in Hamble and The Boat House in Swanwick and Chichester.

Teaming up with the Community Roots project at the White Star Tavern in Southampton, head chef Matt Noonan showed the team how to create a selection of tasty treats using allotment produce, including sea bass with tomato stew and a roast kohlrabi and Swiss chard dish.
