A GROUP of youths are thought to have caused a moped fire in Portsmouth.

Cosham firefighters were called to an incident in a park off Medina Road, Wymering, around 5.30am on Saturday.

They found a moped had been set on fire and used a high pressure hose reel to extinguish the flames.

The moped was completely destroyed. Cosham crews say the cause was most likely malicious.
