COMMEMORATIVE gun fire will mark the 73rd anniversary of D-Day this weekend.

Uniformed detachments from Ubique Right of the Line will conduct live black powder firings of the Second World War sexton on the parade at Fort Nelson on both Saturday and Sunday.

The firings will take place at 11.30am, 2pm and at 3pm on both days.
