M27 delays as lanes closed following crash near FarehamÂ

Lanes two and three have been closed westbound on the motorway following the RTI between Junction 9 '“ for Park Gate - and Junction 8 for Fareham. 

Highways England have said: '˜M27 westbound between J9 - J8 near Fareham.

'˜Lanes 2 and 3 (of 3) are closed due to a collision. Emergency services are on scene. Please take care on approach, delays are building.' 

Traffic camera footage shows that fire engines are at the scene and that traffic is beginning to build. 

Motorists are being warned that they face delays of around 20 minutes currently on the M27 this afternoon.
