M27 slipway closures ahead of smart motorway work

Highways England has produced the list to give motorists time to plan their travel.

The work will see closures on slipways between junction 4 and 11 of the M27 between next Monday and November 15.

The overnight closures, between 10pm and 6am, will allow Highways England to install CCTV and speed cameras along the route, before they install the temporary traffic management for the start of the smart motorway construction this winter.

Vegetation clearance to facilitate the works will also be taking place.
