BRAVE people are set to be given the chance to walk across hot coals in order to raise funds for charity.

The Rainbow Centre in Fareham is holding a flaming firewalk event on November 25 in which participants can experience the challenge of walking across hot coals reaching temperatures of nearly 650C.

For those looking to take part in the event, it costs £30 to enter with a sponsorship target of £70.

The overall contribution of £100 is the same amount that the charity needs to raise per person per session in order to run its services.

The charity provides therapy to children who have a range of conditions.

To take part in the challenge, contact the Rainbow Centre on 01329 289500 or at rainbowcentre.org.
