BEAUTY, fashion, cocktails and even strippers made for a fantastic fundraising ladies’ night.

Mum-of-three Hayley Milam, 32, decided she wanted to organise a charity evening with a difference in aid of Children with Cancer UK.

She took over Titchfield Community Centre, in Mill Street, on Saturday.

Comedian Annie Fanny hosted the evening and there was a cocktail bar free beauty treatments, delicious cupcakes and sweet treats.

There was also a raffle with so many donations Hayley didn’t have time to draw them on the night so a second draw took place live on Facebook.

Hayley’s original target was to raise £300 but that was smashed by ticket sales – with a long list of people on the waiting list who missed out.

The Branewick Close, Fareham, resident was delighted to have raised more than £3,200.

But she’s not stopping there. Hayley will run the London Marathon in April 2017 for the same charity.

She said ‘I just cannot imagine a child going through what an adult has to.

‘I have three children of my own and they are my life.

‘I’ve seen cancer first-hand as my mother died of it three years ago and I just wanted to do something big for a cancer charity.’

Hayley said the male entertainment provided lots of fun and was a huge hit with her guests.

There were lots of sponsors for the event, including Rachel’s Cupcakes, Dandy Candy and Sweet Cart Hire Hampshire.

Also lending their support on the night was Beauty by Tash, Posh Polish, Bernice Fay Make-up Artist and Sonya James Tarot Card Reader

Avon representative Danielle Jacobs will also donate 10 per cent of her profits if anyone orders from her before November.
