THE fire service is investigating an incident after two mopeds were found burnt out.

Firefighters from Gosport Fire Station were called to the Alver Valley Country Park, off Grange Road, Gosport, at 5.25am this morning. A single pump attended the scene.

A spokesman for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said there was 100 per cent damage done to the two mopeds by the fire.

The incident is being treated as suspicious and an investigation is under way.
