STARS of the latest Transformers saga have said thank you to Gosport for hosting them.
As reported by The News, A-list actors such as Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Hopkins were spotted at the Museum of Naval Firepower filming Transformers: The Last Knight last month.
Film buffs who flocked to the museum were also able to catch a glimpse of muscle cars such as Bumblebee, a yellow Chevrolet Camaro, and there are rumours that HMS Alliance could be turned into a Transformer in the film.
Now, stars of Michael Bay’s latest blockbuster, which is set to be released in June next year, have shown their gratitude to Gosport, as well as the other places they filmed in the UK.
In the video, Wahlberg said: ‘I want to thank everybody in the UK for their wonderful hospitality.’
