The man, whose identity will be revealed tomorrow (November 16), is crediting his dog's picky eating habits for his win. 

The man, his wife and his dog will be raising a glass '“ and a bone '“ to celebrate the win and discuss their exciting future plans in Southsea.

National Lottery confirmed that the man had won £1 million on a scratch card and announced that his identity will be revealed tomorrow.
